Video Loops

I've been considering purchasing a new software to generate different video loops. As the licence I may purchase will be a non commercial one , it means that any loops offered must also be for non commercial purposes as stated within the terms and conditions of the licence. Therefore to cover myself I have had to ammend the copyright statement for video loops I make available and state that they are for non commercial use and non redistribution.
