Callouts - speech and thought bubbles.
The only real way to effectively create speech bubbles within Movie Maker 2 is to make them from scratch so they can be placed exactly where you wish them . That's the best way, but of course it involves lots of extra hassle.
For those that don't mind somthing approximate, here are a few speech and thought bubble titles for use within Movie Maker 2.
Effects appear in the "Make titles or credits" menu as:
BFX Callout 1 (Speech)
BFX Callout 2 (Speech)
BFX Callout 3 (Speech)
BFX Callout 4 (Speech)
BFX Callout 5 (Thought)
BFX Callout 6 (Thought)
